We are a professional association founded in 2011 that aims to combine the expertise of its professionals with the capabilities of the lawyers Fausto Landini and Maria Grazia De Rosa, who have established in major Italian and international law firms.
The large and complementary skills allow us to have an overview of the issues and thus provide integrated and interdisciplinary legal assistance in the areas of civil, commercial, corporate, bankruptcy and tax law.

PARTNERS:
Fausto Landini is specialized in litigation and arbitration and has gained significant experience in banking and finance, as well as in corporate and bankruptcy law.
He is focused on commercial litigation, corporate and financial instruments and products. Fausto represents and assists the directors and auditors of companies in crisis or insolvent in the relevant judicial proceedings.
He gained a significant experience in managing and organization of the massive recovery of bad loans on behalf of leading financial institutions operating in the NPL sector.
He previously worked with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer in the Milan office.
He often speaks at post-graduate specialization courses.
In 2001 he graduated in Law at the University of Bologna and is admitted to the Italian Bar of Association since 2006.
He speaks Italian and English.
Maria Grazia De Rosa is specialized in tax law and assists clients in tax audits, in pre-trial and court settlement of tax audits procedures, as well as in the judicial proceedings before the tax Courts and the Court of Cassation.
She is also deals with consulting in corporate taxation, taxation of real estate and financial investments, VAT, registration tax and local taxes.
During her career, she advised in many set up and developing real estate and investment funds transactions, as well as in financing transactions in the capital markets.
