She graduated in Law from the University of Bologna in 2002, under the supervision of Professor Ugo Ruffolo. She obtained a postgraduate Master’s degree in Tax Law from Il Sole 24 Ore Business School in 2005–2006 and a Master’s degree in Technology Law from Ipsoa in 2022. She has been a member of the Bar since 2007.
She collaborated with leading Italian law firms in Milan, gaining significant experience in tax law and corporate taxation, assisting national and international clients in complex transactions and tax litigation.
She provides legal assistance and advice, both in litigation and out-of-court matters, in tax law and business law. She assists companies and individuals in tax audits, pre-litigation procedures and out-of-court settlements, as well as in defence proceedings before the Tax Courts of Justice and the Supreme Court. She also acts as a technical consultant in economic and tax-related criminal proceedings.
She advises on direct and indirect taxes, corporate taxation and extraordinary transactions, as well as on the taxation of real estate and financial investments and on tax matters connected with complex structures and transactions. She also deals with customs law and the single tax on sports betting.
In the field of corporate and commercial law, she assists companies and entrepreneurs, with particular focus on governance structures, the management of relations among shareholders, and the drafting and negotiation of shareholders’ agreements and arrangements among shareholders. She also assists clients in the drafting and negotiation of commercial contracts, including in international contexts, such as joint ventures and partnerships.
She works in the field of information technology and new technologies law, with particular regard to contracts relating to digital projects and e-commerce, as well as to the protection of intellectual property.
Over the course of her professional career, she has provided advice on the establishment and development of real estate and securities investment funds, as well as on financing transactions in the capital markets, dealing with the related legal and tax aspects.
